FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"I just wanted to tell you how beautiful the huppah was you made for my daughter Robyn. Our guests actually gasped when they saw it, as did Robyn. It matched all the colors in the wedding— we couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful! You were a pleasure to work with, and I have told so many people of your beautiful work!"
Marsha Frank

"We were so pleased with our Huppah. It was absolutely beautiful and we will always treasure it. Thank you for making our wedding so special."
Melanie Kopeikin

Do you sell poles for the huppah, too?
No, we are unable to sell poles as the cost of shipping them is prohibitive. We do have many suggestions about what you can use for poles, and would be happy to discuss them with you.

How much does a huppah cost?
The base cost for a huppah starts at $1,200. A deposit of $300 is required before work begins, and the balance is paid when the huppah is ready to ship.

Do I need to choose one of the styles shown on your site?
No! Every Forever Huppah is totally custom made according to your wishes. We can discuss any combination of colors, if you want the colors to be soft and muted or bright and vivid, and more. We are happy to offer suggestions and guidance in making these decisions, and we are also happy to work with any fabric swatch, or flowers, or anything else you'd like to replicate the color of in your huppah.

What is personalization, and how much is the additional charge?
Personalization can range from your names and/or wedding date, to anything else you can imagine in writing on your huppah. Personalization can be done in Hebrew or in English, in many different lettering styles. All personalization is done by hand. Cost varies depending on what you choose, and we can provide a cost based on your decisions.

How do I know that the colors in my huppah will look the way I'm picturing them in my head?
We will ask a lot of questions to help understand what you want you huppah to look like, and we're very good at asking the right questions to be sure we are all on the same page. About halfway through the working process, you will receive some informal snapshots by email to show the progress of your huppah, and to get your feedback. Ultimately, your happiness is most important, and we will do everything we can to ensure the huppah you receive is perfect for you.

How can I contact you, or will you contact me?
The easiest way to get started is to fill out the inquiry form. Your inquiry will be answered within 48 hours.

Alternately, you can send an email to info@foreverhuppah.com; or call us at 201-294-9872. We will be happy to phone you at a time that is convenient, or we can correspond by email- whatever you prefer.

I live locally in the Tri-state area. Can I meet with you directly?
Please do! We'd be happy to set up a time to meet with you in person and answer any and all questions you may have.

I'm getting married next month—am I too late?
We will try to work with you whenever possible. The faster you are able to make decisions, the faster work can begin, so a lot of it depends on you. If we have any ready-made huppot in stock, that might be the best option in a time crunch, but do give us a call- we'll do everything we can to work within your time constraints.
